How do I tune a car for a drag race and or a wheelie competition in need for speed pro streets?

My car is a 1970 dodge charger and i dont know how to tune it

I suggest that you purchase a Toyota Supra, and just max out all of the performance parts and it will have 919hp and no matter what your car will do a wheelie, no matter if it is in a drag or a wheelie competition. the only thing i did with my Supra is lower the Ride Height.
