how do i do this???????plz help fast!!!!!!!!!?

i want to add a logo of NYPD to a car of mine in GTA San Andreas.i have the logo & the car but i dont know how to apply the logo on the car’s door using drag n drop features.can u plz tell me how can i apply the logo on the car using anything(even if it is not drag n drrop thingy)?

Do you mean apply it to the side of a picture of your car or in the actual game?
